Majestic & glorious, the sun sinks low.

01 Dec

My body trembled with exhaustion
And you can’t relax on a plane
But after 3 hours of confinement,
I opened my peek-hole window again.

My breathe was stolen away
by a heavenly sunset’s vivid glow..
Above the smog I could finally witness
majestic & glorious, the sun sinking low..

the purple mountain horizon,
contrast crimson streaks, on golden lights
and a more wondrous, welcome back home
i could not have painted last night…

Wonderfully direct and simple. Just very well crafted! Also works nice as a metaphor (life journey with life revelation/enjoying the beauty of life.) Enjoyed very much!
